Changes to the Dashboard Layout We have updated the Dashboard layout to improve usability on smaller laptop screens and mobile devices, as currently the top section takes up most of the available space limiting what else can be seen. We have tried to keep everything else as familiar as possible, but have made a small number of additional improvements: The previous Appraisals, MSFs and Job Plans now exclude the current item. Do SARD systems support MFA? Yes, we have an additional system setting we can turn on for the organisation. When the system setting is turned on by your Trust or organisation, this can then be enabled on your user account by logging to SARD via Edit My Details page. This can be also done by SARD Support Team at the request of your organisation's administrator. How am I authenticated if the functionality is turned on? As SARD is a web-based application you can access your account from anywhere while you are online. You simply need to go to the login page for your organisation's SARD site and enter your registered email address and password as usual.Few readersI can't access the Helpdesk pop-up
If you are unable to access the Helpdesk, you may need to clear your web browser cache – depending on the browser you are using to access the site: Microsoft Edge Go to the three dots in the top-right corner > Settings > Privacy, search, and services > under Delete browsing data > Clear browsing data now > choose What to clear > under Time range choose a period of time from the drop-down menu > select Cached images and files > click Clear Now. If you are trying to log in to SARD through the general support login page, rather than via your organisation's login page, please type the full name of your organisation or trust in the search bar. This is because some acronyms or abbreviations may not be recognised by the system.  and click Save. The new document is now saved in your eDocs folder, which is confirmed by the 'Successfully created eDocument' banner in blue on top of the page. | The documentSome readersHow do I upload multiple files to my eDocuments folder?
If you wish to upload several files at one time to your eDocuments folder on SARD, the best way to do so is by attaching them in an email and sending it to send@edocs.sardjv.co.uk. || Please ensure to send these from the same email address that you have linked to your SARD account. Otherwise the files will not upload to your account. Another thing to keep in mind is not to exceed the size limit of 19 MB per email, and to upload uncompressed files. Your eDocs (My eDocuments) page has up to five icons listed in the last column on the right-hand side called Actions. Please see brief description of their function below: Eye (eDoc Info) icon – clicking on it will bring a pop-up window with basic information about a document, such as file name, type (i.e., PDF, Word), its size, uploader's name, date of uploading and whether this document is attached to any datasets, for example a specific section of last year's Portfolio.
