Until recently, SARD was optimised to be primarily accessed via a computer, laptop or tablet. Navigating our system is entirely possible using a mobile device. However, there are a few UI (User Interface) details to bear in mind, as navigating SARD on a mobile is slightly different from doing so on a larger screen, such as a Mac or PC.

Accessing the Dashboard Drop-Down List via Mobile

You can scroll down your Dashboard in the Overview mode ('My Dashboard - Overview') until you see all available modules such as Appraisal, MSF/360, Job Planning, or eLeave. For ease of access, you can also click on the menu icon (aka hamburger icon) in the top-left corner of your mobile screen:

Once done, click on the chevron icon (v-shaped arrow) in the top-right corner to display the drop-down list with all tabs of your Dashboard:

You can scroll up and down between the tabs; clicking on a specific tab on the list will open that module:

Navigating the Portfolio/Appraisal Form via Mobile

SARD’s Appraisal consists of two parts: the Portfolio and the Appraisal form. Your current Appraisal will open in the Appraisal form by default:

You can open the Portfolio by selecting the Portfolio radio (dot) button:

The next step is to click on the grey chevron (>) icon on the left-hand side as per the above screenshot. Once done, you will be able to scroll to the chosen section:

Clicking on a section header will open that section. The same applies when navigating sections in the Appraisal form via mobile.

Navigating MSF/360 via Mobile

Just like with the Appraisal, to access sections of your MSF, you need to click on the grey chevron (>) icon on the left-hand side:

Once done, you will be able to access a specific MSF section by clicking on its header on the left side of the mobile screen:

Navigating Job Plan via Mobile

Finding your way around a Job Plan is no different than doing so for the Appraisal or MSF. To open a specific section of your Job Plan, click on the grey chevron (>) icon on the left-hand side of your mobile screen:

Doing so will allow you to scroll through the section headers of your Job Plan:
