• I need access to MSF/360

  The MSF/360 product should show along the bar at the top of your page. If this isn't listed here, this is possible to change on the site, but the SARD Support Team will not be able to assist in this matter, unfortunately. This will need to be managed by the administrators for your organisation - their contact details can be found on your SARD Dashboard. Self Assessment

• How to Complete the Self Assessment

  The link to the questionnaire will show on your MSF page - if you click the Go -icon on that page, this will take you directly to fill in the Self Assessment. Once you've filled in your responses, the options to Save or Submit your Response will show at the bottom of the page.Few readers

  Doctors can use SARD's Colleague Feedback form to collect feedback from colleagues they work with in any capacity, such as nurses, administrators and so on, and you just need to ensure you're answering to the best of your knowledge. Completing the form would be entirely non-compulsory, so you wouldn't need to respond to this request if you do not wish to do so. This would particularly be the case if you've been nominated for feedback in error.Few readers

Patient Feedback

Analysis & Completion

• I need my MSF report

  If your MSF page shows Analysis Not Complete in the summary at the top of the page, this would mean that this is still awaiting analysis. You should ensure that the "Notify Administrator..." button at the very bottom of your MSF page has been clicked; bold text would appear above this if this has indeed happened, and the button will change to show "...ready for analysis again". Once this has been clicked, you will just need to await analysis; this is the responsibility of the administratorSome readers
