Annualising means defining something by how many times it occurs per year. Job Planning module automatically calculates how often a work item occurs over 42 weeks. This is the basis of an annualised Job Plan. In other words, SARD Job Plan is annualised by default. Example: if you do Ward rounds for 4 hours every 5th Monday of the month, the Job Plan will calculate how many 5th Mondays there are in a working year (42 weeks). You may notice a small discrepancy between the numbers in the Summary table on top of your Job Plan and the numbers displayed in the Timetable. Starting a New Job Plan
My Job Plan has the wrong dates
If you would like your Job Plan to start on a different date to the one currently showing, that is easily done. If you access Section 2 (General Info), you will see a box marked Effective Date with a date next to it. This is the date from which your Job Plan will start. Firstly, it would be important to note that you can only have one Draft or Submitted Job Plan on the site at one time. If you are still awaiting signatures from one or more signatories on your previous year's Job Plan, you will not yet be able to open a new entry. Timetabling Activities
How do I add an activity to my Job Plan Timetable?
To add an activity, we start by going to the Timetable section. The clearest display would then come from the Overview tab, if this is selected at the top of that section. If you press + New Activity to the top right of the page, this will allow you to start entering the activity details. To submit a Job Plan, you will need to have the requisite number of the relevant signatories added to your Job Plan. These are added in Section 3 (Signatories).
