I need to change my Appraisal Due Date
Your appraisal month is the same month each year and you should complete your appraisal within your assigned appraisal month each year to maintain appraisal compliance. If you were to complete your appraisal before or after your appraisal month, it would be counted as early or late respectively. This is possible to change on the site, but the SARD Support Team will not be able to assist in this matter unfortunately. To save items in the Portfolio sections, you can add text in the evidence text box provided or choose to attach a file, or add both; the final step in the process is to click on the green Create Evidence button which will save the evidence block to the section as needed. If you wish to upload several files at one time to your eDocuments folder on SARD, the best way to do so is by attaching them in an email and sending it to send@edocs.sardjv.co.uk. You can still edit or update an appraisal that has been submitted to your appraiser while this is in Submitted state; you can check the status to the top right of the Appraisal page. The editing process would be managed in exactly the same manner as when your appraisal was in Draft. Appraisals completed on SARD at my current organisation These will all be found on your account on your Dashboard, if you click the icon for Medical Revalidation - your previous 5 appraisals will show in the centre column, as shown below. How do I set/change my Appraiser?
If you go to Section 3 of your Appraisal, Personal Details, this will allow you to view your current set appraiser on the site. Instructions will show on that page regarding the allocation. If Appraisers are Centrally Managed at your orgPopularI need to add an Additional/Academic Appraiser
This would be added in Section 3 of your Appraisal, Personal Details - the option to add a second appraiser will show in the final line of this section, with a tickbox to confirm whether they would be needed. Once this has been selected, you can enter the name and email address of your second appraiser. They will be emailed to notify them that they are set as the Additional/Academic Appraiser on your appraisal.
