    If you would like your AHP Job Plan to start on a different date to the one currently showing, that is easily done. If you access Section 1 (General Info), you will see a box marked 'Job Plan Start Date' with a date next to it. This is the date from which your Job Plan will start.     To add an activity, we start by going to the Timetable section. If you press + New Activity to the top right of the page, this will allow you to start entering the activity details. Submitting and Signing Off
  • How do I add signatories to my AHP Job Plan?
    To submit an AHP Job Plan, you will need to have the requisite number of the relevant signatories added in Section 2 (Signatories) of your Job Plan. This page will simply ask that you manually add the signatory or signatories you need for your Job Plan. You should enter the details, such as Role (usually Line Manager), first name, last name and email address, then click the Save button on the right-hand side.     Congratulations! You have worked through all the sections on the left, entering all the information needed. You are now ready to submit your AHP Job Plan for sign off.
