I need to contact SARD Support
If your query cannot be resolved through this Helpdesk, the SARD Customer Support Team is on hand to assist with any queries that may arise. Please mind that our chat system is available for use between 09:00 and 17:00 on weekdays.
You can access it by logging in to SARD (or via the login page for your organisation), clicking on the speech bubble icon in the bottom right corner, then clicking on the Support Team tab, or on the Message SARD button in the Contact the SARD Support Team mini-window. The green dot indicates our availability.
Outside of these hours, please email us at support@sardjv.co.uk, so that our Customer Support Team can look into your query and advise further. Your query sent via chat outside of business hours will reach us, too.
If you contact us outside of the business hours (09:00 - 17:00) on weekdays or on a weekend/bank holiday, your query will be responded to on the next working day.
Our new Helpdesk will continuously expand with more information, starting with the most common daily queries. If you have suggestions for additional topics, please email the CS Team. We are committed to enhancing our services and ensuring the support offered to you is the best it can be.
