I need to contact SARD Support

As part of ongoing changes and improvements to the Customer Support offered by SARD, chat and phone support are temporarily unavailable.

If your query cannot be resolved through this Helpdesk, please email us at support@sardjv.co.uk so that our Customer Support Team can look into your query and advise further.

If emailed outside of the hours of 0900-1700 on weekdays, your email will be responded to the next working day.

Our new Helpdesk will continuously expand with more information, starting with the most common daily queries. If you have suggestions for additional topics, please email the team. We are committed to enhancing our services and ensuring the support offered to you is the best it can be.
