I have moved/I am moving to another organisation

If you have moved to another organisation (or you are in the process of doing so), your current SARD account will be marked as Dormant by the administrators at your organisation. This will mean that you will no longer be able to login to this account. The information will remain on the account, in case this needs to be accessed at a later point.

Moving to an organisation that uses SARD



If you have moved to an organisation that also uses SARD (or you are in the process of doing so), you will be provided with a new account with the new organisation. You should contact the administrators at your new organisation, and they can authorise a User Transfer.

Once this transfer has been actioned, all of your previous Appraisals, MSF exercises and eDocuments will be pulled across.

Moving to an organisation that does not use SARD



If you have moved to an organisation that does not use our system (or you are in the process of doing so), you should contact the administrators for the organisation that you are leaving/have left. The information from your account can be sent through to you directly to download to your device. This is referred to as an Appraisal Bundle, and would serve as a zip file containing all eDocuments from your use of SARD.
