I can't access the Helpdesk popup

If you are unable to access the helpdesk, you may need to clear your browser cache, depending on the browser you're using to access the site:

Microsoft Edge

Go to the three dots in the top-right corner > Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services > Choose What to Clear > Select "Cached images and files" > Clear Now.

Google Chrome

Go to the three dots in the top-right corner > More Tools > Clear Browsing Data > Select "Cached images and files" > Clear data.

Safari

Go to Safari in the top menu > Preferences > Privacy > Click Manage Website Data... > Select "Remove All".
