I can't access the Helpdesk pop-up

If you are unable to access the Helpdesk, you may need to clear your web browser cache – depending on the browser you are using to access the site:

Microsoft Edge

Go to the three dots in the top-right corner > Settings > Privacy, search, and services > under Delete browsing data > Clear browsing data now > choose What to clear > under Time range choose a period of time from the drop-down menu > select Cached images and files > click Clear Now.

Google Chrome

Click on the Chrome tab in the top-left corner or the three dots in the top-right corner > Delete browsing data > Clear Browsing Data > under Basic choose Time range (i.e. Last 7 days), tick all 3 boxes (Browsing history, Cookies and other site data & Cached images and files) > click Delete data.

Safari

Go to Safari in the top-left corner > Settings > Privacy > click Manage Website Data... > select Remove All > Remove Now > Done.
