How can I change email address on my SARD account?

The SARD Customer Support Team cannot change the registered email address on behalf of users. However, users can do it themselves following the instructions below:

Go to your Dashboard, then click My Details.
Once you are in, click the Edit My Details button in the middle below.
Change your email address in the Your Details section, then click Save in the bottom-right corner.
You will be sent an email with a link to confirm the change of email address. Clicking on said link will complete the task of changing your registered email address.

If you have problems with any of the above, please contact the administrator at your organisation and they should be able to amend the email address for you.

The registered email address can be private, i.e., it does not have to be an NHS one.
