Why is there a discrepancy in my Job Plan summary?
You may notice a small discrepancy between the numbers in the Summary table on top of your Job Plan and the numbers displayed in the Timetable.
Example: MS (Medical School) indicates 0.13 in the Job Plan Summary but it shows 0.125 in the Timetable (under PA Breakdown tab):

The reason for this is that the figures in the Summary box are rounded to the nearest two decimal places, whereas the actual figures from the Timetable (used for the calculations) are rounded to three decimal places.
NB: Some organisations have a discrepancy warning that appears in the Sign Off section if the contracted PAs (entered in Section 2 - General Info) and the timetabled PAs (from Section 4 - Timetable) differ by more than 2%:

This error message will appear when the contracted PA amount entered into the General Info section of the Job Plan does not match the PAs added to the Timetable and showing in the Activity Summary (not including ATC). To rectify it, you should either ensure that your contracted PA amount in General Info is correct, or that the activities you have entered are correct.
