Why haven't my nominations for colleague feedback been sent out?

Please mind that, following recent changes to the layout of the main Dashboard and the MSF/360 page, some information including screenshots may be slightly outdated. These changes will be reflected shortly in future updates.

As soon as you are done nominating colleagues for feedback for your MSF/360, you need to notify your organisation's administrator or your appraiser as per the instructions in the Colleague Feedback section on your MSF page. The process is also outlined in this Helpdesk article.

In case you have not done it, please click on the Notify Administrator/Appraiser that your Colleague Nominations are Complete at the bottom of Nominate Colleagues subsection on your MSF page:

Button for notifying about completing nominations for colleague feedback

If you have already informed the relevant party about nominations made, but you can still see on the Status line (in the Colleague Feedback section on your MSF page) that "0 colleague questionnaires have been sent out", please click on the Notify Administrator/Appraiser that your Colleague Nominations are Complete Again button below:

Button for notifying about further nominations made for colleague feedback

This button is also to be used when you nominated more colleagues after already notifying the administrator (or the appraiser) about it. Your organisation's administrator or appraiser needs to be made aware about any new nominations by clicking on the aforementioned button.

Alternatively, you can email your organisation's administrator or your appraiser regarding the matter, if required. The contact details for the former can be found under Help & Support on your Dashboard. The email of your current appraiser will be indicated in the Key Information section under Appraisal on your Dashboard.

For more detailed instructions, please refer to the MSF/360 User Guide.
