Why can't I sign off someone's Job Plan despite being a Job Plan signatory?

Job Plans need to be signed in hierarchical order. By way of example, let's say there are three Job Plan signatories for a Job Plan, listed as Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3: a Job Plan Owner, a Clinical Lead and a Clinical Director. This means that the Job Plan needs to be first signed by the Job Plan Owner (Tier 1 Job Plan signatory), then by the Clinical Lead (Tier 2), and finally by the Clinical Director (Tier 3). If the Clinical Lead did not sign the Job Plan, the Clinical Director would not be able to do so from their side.

Assuming that you were correctly added as a Job Plan signatory in Section 3 (Signatories) using your registered email address, you should be able to see all Job Plan(s) requiring your signature under Job Plans to sign on your Dashboard, irrespective of their state:

If the Job Plan in question is listed under Submitted job plans requiring your signature in the future, it means that it has not been signed by a lower Tier Job Plan signatory. Once this is done, the Job Plan will move to Job plans requiring your signature now. Such a Job Plan will also show highlighted red on your main Dashboard.

Clicking on the the dash symbol on the right-hand side will unravel the list(s) located under 'Job Plans to sign' on Job signatory's Dashboard.
