# Where can I find a Declaration of Interest?

You may be able to complete a **Declaration of Interest** (DOI, also referred as ‘No conflict of interest’ form) through **Section 6** (Private Practice) of your **Job Plan**.

At the top of the page there should be **The DOI may be completed here** link to an external site where you can fill in the form:

||| Please note that the Declaration of Interest is an optional inclusion by your organisation, not by SARD. DOI's location can differ from organisation to organisation, i.e., it may be available under Help & Support (Support Documents or Organisation Support Docs) on your Dashboard:
