What will revoke signatures on a Job Plan?
There are four ways in which a signature can be revoked on a Job Plan:
if the Job Plan signatory clicks on the Revoke button next to their name in the Job Plan’s Sign Off section;
if any change is made by Job Plan owner, Job Plan signatory or administrator to a Job Plan in the Submitted state, e.g., by adding a comment or editing a section;
The commentator has the option to revoke or not the signatories for the signed Job Plan.
if the Job Plan is reverted from Complete to Submitted, or from Submitted to Draft; or
if it is actioned by the Administrator via ADMIN > Job Plans > Job Plan Signatories page (applicable to users with administrator rights only).
