My leave isn't showing in my eRostering account
If your leave is not not showing in your eRostering account, please check the following:
Do you have the same registered email address listed on both accounts, that is standard SARD and eRostering SARD?
If the email addresses differ between your SARD account and your eRostering account, there would not be a connection for this integration and the leave would not pull through to eRostering. This can be rectified by updating email address on your eRostering account.
Did you accept your eRostering invite BEFORE the leave was added to SARD?
Does the leave still need to be approved?
In either of these cases, the leave might not show on your eRostering account as part of the agreed setup of the system.
