I've moved/I'm moving to another organisation
If you've moved to another organisation (or you are in the process of doing so), your current SARD account will be marked as Dormant by the administrators at your organisation. This will mean that you will no longer be able to login to this account, but the information will remain on the account, in case this needs to be accessed at a later point.
If you've moved to an organisation that also use SARD (or you are in the process of doing so), you will be provided with a new account with the new organisation. You should contact the administrators at your new organisation, and they can authorise an account transfer .
Once this transfer has been actioned, all of your previous appraisals and MSF exercises will be accessible on the new account, and all eDocuments will be pulled across.
If you've moved to an organisation that do not use SARD (or you are in the process of doing so), you should contact the administrators for the organisation that you are leaving/have left, and the information from your account can be sent through to you directly to download to your device. This is referred to as an Appraisal Bundle , and would serve as a zip file containing all eDocuments from your use of SARD.
