I need to undertake Patient Feedback
The first step would be to ensure that you have opened an MSF exercise on your account; if you go to MSF along the bar at the top of your page, you will either be taken to the current open exercise, or you will be able to start a new entry.
Once on your MSF page, you should then ensure that the Includes Patient Feedback box is ticked in the MSF components on the left hand side of the page.
Patient Feedback can be collected either electronically or on paper. The Online Patient Feedback Options button in the summary to the top right will contain the information on collecting feedback from patients electronically, and these responses will be directly sent to SARD once submitted by the patient.
If you'd prefer to complete this process using the paper forms, these will show in the Patient Feedback section of your MSF page to download and print. Instructions will show in this section for collecting responses in line with local policy, and where these should be sent once collected.
