I need to undertake Patient Feedback

The first step would be to ensure that you have opened an MSF exercise on your account. If you go to My MSF/360 from the drop-down menu in the top-left corner or via Dashboard, you will either be taken to the current MSF, or you will be able to start a new one by clicking on the + New MSF/360 button.


Once on your MSF page, please ensure that the 'Includes Patient Feedback' box is ticked in the Components part of the Overview section on the left-hand side.


Patient Feedback collected electronically


The Online Patient Feedback Options in the Patient Feedback section of your open MSF will contain the information on collecting feedback from patients electronically. These responses will be directly sent to SARD once submitted by the patient.

If you would prefer to complete this process using the paper forms, these will show under Instructions in the Patient Feedback section of your MSF page to download and print. The instructions will show in this section for collecting responses in line with local policy, and where these should be sent once collected.


Not providing the required minimum number of Patient Feedback responses (specified on the Progress line at the top of Patient Feedback section and the Overview section) may result in the delay with processing and generating an MSF report by your organisation.
