I need to submit my Appraisal

This would be regarding the submission of the Appraisal to the appraiser(s). If you are looking to complete your Appraisal by submitting this to the Responsible Officer, you may prefer to read this article for further information on this process.

If the below steps have been addressed, this will allow you to submit your Appraisal. The green Submit to Appraiser button on the left-hand side of your Appraisal form will allow you to do so.

Have all Portfolio sections been marked as 'Complete', 'In Progress' or 'Not Applicable'?

Have all Appraisal form sections been marked as 'Complete'?

If any of these sections show in red ('Not Started') on the left-hand side of your page, this will prevent you from submitting the Appraisal. The Portfolio and Appraisal form are separate parts, both of which need to be marked accordingly before you are able to submit everything to your appraiser.

The only exception to this would be the final four sections of the Appraisal form, which will be undertaken after the Appraisal has been submitted.

Any mandatory questions within the Appraisal form section will be marked with an asterisk to indicate that these will need to be answered before the section can be marked as Complete.
