I need to Submit my Appraisal

This would be regarding the submission of the appraisal to the Appraiser/s. If you're looking to Complete your Appraisal by submitting this to the Responsible Officer, you may prefer to read this article for further information on this process.

If the below steps have been addressed, this will allow you to submit your appraisal to your appraiser; the green button on the left hand side of your Appraisal page will allow you to do so.

Have all sections of your Portfolio been marked as Complete, In Progress or Not Applicable and have all sections of your Appraisal been marked as Complete?

If any of these sections show in red on the left hand side of your page, this will prevent you from submitting the appraisal. The Portfolio and Appraisal are separate sections which both need to be marked accordingly before you are able to submit this.

The only exception to this would be the final four sections of the appraisal, which will be undertaken after the appraisal has been submitted.

Any mandatory questions within the Appraisal section will be marked with an asterisk * to indicate that these will need to be answered before the section can be marked as Complete
