I need to reopen my complete MSF

If you need to reopen your MSF/360 which has already been completed, please request it from your organisation's administrator. You will find their contact details under Help & Support on your Dashboard.

Once you are done amending the reopened MSF/360 (i.e., by adding more replies for a particular type of feedback), you will need to notify the relevant person at your organisation that your MSF is ready to be re-analysed by clicking on the designated button at the bottom of your MSF page.
