I need my MSF report
If your MSF page shows Analysis Not Complete in the summary at the top of the page, this would mean that this is still awaiting analysis. You should ensure that the "Notify Administrator..." button at the very bottom of your MSF page has been clicked; bold text would appear above this if this has indeed happened, and the button will change to show "...ready for analysis again". Once this has been clicked, you will just need to await analysis; this is the responsibility of the administrators for your organisation, and you can find their contact details on your SARD Dashboard if this needs to be expedited at any point. If you click the System Support icon, their details will show in the right-hand column that shows in the section below.
If your MSF page shows Analysis Complete but MSF Not Complete in the summary at the top of the page, this would mean that this still needs to be marked as Complete; depending on local policy for your organisation, this will either be awaiting completion from the administrators for your organisation, or this will have been sent to your appraiser for review and it will be their responsibility to complete. You may wish to contact the SARD Support Team at support@sardjv.co.uk to confirm who this would be for your organisation, if you are unsure.
