I need my Appraisal to be completed

This would be regarding the completion of the final four sections of your Appraisal form, in order to have this shown as fully completed on the site. If you are looking to submit your Appraisal, you may prefer to read this article for further information.

The final four sections of the Appraisal form are to be completed after submission to your appraiser. These will each need to be filled in and marked as Complete, and this will automatically complete the Appraisal itself. Once all four sections are complete, the document will no longer be possible to edit.

Depending on your role in the Appraisal, there would be different levels of responsibility in the final four sections:

  • Personal Development Plan (or The Agreed Personal Development Plan) – this can be edited by either the Appraisee or the Appraiser, but can only be marked as Complete by the Appraiser.

  • Appraisal Summary – this can be edited by either the Appraisee or the Appraiser, but can only be marked as Complete by the Appraiser.

  • Appraiser Statement – this can only be edited and marked as Complete by the Appraiser (N.B. Additional/Academic Appraiser can sign off and add comments, if applicable).

  • Appraisee Statement – this can only be edited and marked as Complete by the Appraisee.
