I need access to MSF/360

The MSF/360 product should show on the left-hand side of your Dashboard as per the screenshot:

Alternatively you can access it by clicking on the My MSF/360 shortcut from the drop-down menu under My Dashboard in the top-left corner of the screen:

If you cannot see it, it is possible to switch it on (depending on your organisation settings) on your profile. The SARD Support Team will not be able to assist in this matter as you will need to request it directly from your organisation's administrator. You will find their contact details by clicking on the Help & Support tab on your Dashboard.
