I need access to Job Planning

The Job Planning product should show on the left-hand side on your Dashboard as per the screenshot:

You can also access it by clicking on the My Job Plan shortcut from the drop-down menu under My Dashboard in the top-left corner of the screen:

If this is not visible as per the above screenshots, it can be changed on the site. Please mind that the SARD Support Team will not be able to assist in this matter as it is managed by your organisation's administrator. You can find their contact details by clicking on the Help & Support tab on your Dashboard.
