I need a summary of my complete Appraisal

If you would like to obtain a copy of your complete Appraisal Summary, please follow these steps:


  1. Go to your Dashboard and click on the Appraisal tab.
  2. Click on View All next to 'Previous 5 Appraisals'.
  3. Click on 'Summary PDF' next to the chosen Appraisal to open and download it to your device.


Please note that the above only works if your previous Appraisal was done on SARD. If your Appraisal has been completed very recently, please allow a few hours for the system to generate the Summary.


Should you wish to download the entire Appraisal form, please open the Appraisal and click on the PDF button in the top-right corner.


You can also find the Appraisal Summary in your eDocs folder as follows:


  1. Go to your Dashboard and click on the eDocuments tab.
  2. Click on the View All eDocuments button.
  3. In the 'Search title or filename' search bar, type "summary".
  4. Click on Enter or the magnifying glass icon.
