I have submitted my Appraisal, but need to make changes

You can still edit or update an Appraisal form/Portfolio that has been submitted to your appraiser while this is in Submitted state. You can check the status to the top-right of the Appraisal page. The editing process would be managed in exactly the same manner as when your Appraisal was in Draft.

It will only be locked off from further editing once it has been signed off in all sections, submitted to your Responsible Officer (RO) and marked as Complete to the top right.

If you need to make a change to the Appraisal in the Complete state, please ask your organisation's administrator or your RO to reopen it for you. Contact details for the former can be found under Help & Support on your Dashboard.
