I can't login

There are multiple factors which could be preventing you from logging in at this time, so follow these steps to ensure that all avenues have been explored:
Are you on the right site? Each SARD client would have a different site name, so you should ensure that the URL (the website address that will appear in the search bar at the top of your browser page) matches with that of your organisation. A logo will also show to the top left to confirm this.
Are you still connected to the organisation? If you've left the organisation and you're looking to gain access to your documentation, you may find that the account has been marked as Dormant by the administrators within the organisation. You would find that when trying to login, you receive an error notification relating to the Dormant status. Please read the I've moved to another organisation article if so.
Are you using the correct email address? Your email address serves as your unique ID on SARD, so only the email address registered with the site should be used. If you have a preferred email address that you wish to change to, this can be amended once logged in to the site, or can be changed by the administrators at your organisation.
Are you using the correct password? As a security measure, passwords are not stored on the site, so no-one at SARD will be able to see your password at any point. If you've forgotten your password, you would need to click the "Forgot your Password" link on the login page, and this can be reset; you will receive an email with a link to reset this, and this will grant access to the site.
