I can't locate the QR code for Patient Feedback Questionnaire

The QR code for Patient Feedback Questionnaire can be found by clicking the Online Patient Feedback Options button in Summary at the top of your MSF page. Once the QR code has been generated, it can also be found in the My eDocuments folder.

Apart from downloading the QR code to be printed and scanned, there is also the possibility to copy direct link and to send a template to patients by email.
