I can't locate the QR code for Patient Feedback Questionnaire

The QR code for GMC patient feedback questionnaire can be found under Online Patient Feedback in the Patient Feedback section of your open MSF page. Once the QR code has been generated, it can also be found in the eDocuments folder.

To see Online Patient Feedback options in full, please click on the dash symbol on the right-hand side.

Apart from downloading the QR code to be printed and scanned, there is also the possibility to copy direct link and to send a template to patients by email.
