# I can't amend SMART objectives in my Job Plan

Section 6 (Objectives) of a Job Plan contains SMART (Smart, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time Bounded) objectives.

In order to edit any of Specialty or Personal Objectives, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the **pencil icon** on the right-hand side of the objective.
2. Scroll all the way down until you see the Edit Smart Objective form with editable boxes.
3. Once done editing, click **Save**. 

You can add Specialty or Personal Objectives using respective buttons in Section 6 (Objectives).
