How to upload evidence files from other e-Portfolio to SARD's Portfolio?
SARD's Portfolio is a separate system from other e-Portfolios, such as JRCPTB or Horus.
We would not be able to help with the matter as we would not have access to the alternative system ourselves. In order to upload evidence files stored in an external e-Portfolio, you will need to download them to your device first. If you don't know how, please contact the administrator or customer support for the given platform.
The next step will be uploading evidence files to your Portfolio on SARD.
If you have already started a new Appraisal/Portfolio, you can upload the files via the 'Attach eDocument' button (followed by clicking 'Create Evidence' to save it) in the relevant Portfolio section.
Alternatively, the files can be uploaded to your eDocs (My eDocuments) folder. Then you can attach specific pieces of evidence to specific sections of the Portfolio using the paperclip icon. This eDocs feature is explained in more detail here.
Please ensure to upload individual, as in uncompressed files, in a widely recognised format, i.e., Word, PDF or JPG.
It is also possible to send multiple files via email to your eDocs folder as outlined in this Helpdesk article.
