How to sign off my own Appraisal?

Your appraiser will be prompted to edit and mark as complete the three out of four remaining sections of the submitted Appraisal form, as per the discussion with you during the Appraisal meeting.

In order to sign off your Appraisal, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Appraisee Statement, which is the last section of the Appraisal form.
  2. Provide written entry in the Appraisee Statements box.
  3. Click Save Section to save it.
  4. Read the Declaration, then tick the Appraisee box below.
  5. If you are happy with the content of this and other three sections, click Mark As Complete.

Please mind that you cannot reverse this step. Therefore, please ensure that all of the information that both you and the appraiser wish to be documented has been included.

The Appraisal form will then change its status from Submitted to Complete, and it will be locked for editing. A read-only version of the document will be sent to your Responsible Officer, effectively ending the process.
