How to save items in the Appraisal & Portfolio sections

To save items in the Portfolio sections, you can add text in the evidence text box provided or choose to attach a file, or add both; the final step in the process is to click on the green Create Evidence button which will save the evidence block to the section as needed. This serves as the option to Save, and once clicked, the entry will be saved to the database.

You do not need to save Portfolio sections themselves, as these will autosave based on the saved entries.

You can then work through the Appraisal sections and add the written entries in each section to cover your CPD credits, Scope of Work and so on by clicking on the +Add Item or + Add Activity buttons provided in each section. You can save your appraisal entries by clicking on the Save Section button in each section.
