How to complete the Self Assessment

The link to the questionnaire will show on your MSF page. If you click the Go button on that page, this will take you directly to fill in the Self Assessment.

If you cannot see this link, you should check your MSF/360 Components to the top left of the MSF page, and ensure that 'Includes Self Assessment' is ticked.

Once you have filled in your responses, the options to Save or Submit your Response will show at the bottom of the page.
