How to complete the Self Assessment

The Self Assessment questionnaire will show on your MSF page. You can access it by clicking on the Self Assessment tab on the left-hand side of your open MSF page.

If you cannot see the Self Assessment tab in your open MSF, check the Components in the Overview tab and ensure that the 'Includes Self Assessment' box is ticked.

Once you have filled in your responses, you can either save or submit them using respective buttons at the bottom of the Self Assessment page.
