How do I view my previous Appraisals?

Appraisals completed on SARD at my current organisation

These will all be found on your account on your Dashboard. If you click the icon for Medical Revalidation, your previous five Appraisals will show in the centre column as shown below:
To see more than five most recent Appraisals (if applicable), please click on the View All button to expand the list.

This would be the location to find any previous Appraisals on the site. If your Appraisal is not showing here, there may be some factors worth paying attention to.

Was the Appraisal completed through SARD but at another organisation?

If this is the case, and your Appraisal is not showing here, you may wish to contact the administrators at your current organisation and request for this information to be transferred across. They will need to authorise this transfer to the SARD Customer Support Team.

Once this has taken place, all of your previous Appraisals, MSFs and eDocuments will be visible on the account for your current organisation.

Was the Appraisal completed through a separate system from SARD?

These should be uploaded as "Offline" Appraisals, and this can be actioned by yourself or by the administrators at your organisation (depending on the current setup of your SARD site).

Was the Appraisal completed using a MAG form, which does not open on your browser?
