How do I annualise my Job Plan?
Annualising means defining something by how many times it occurs per year. Job Planning module automatically calculates how often a work item occurs over 42 weeks. This is the basis of an annualised Job Plan. In other words, SARD Job Plan is annualised by default.
Example: if you do Ward rounds for 4 hours every 5th Monday of the month, the Job Plan will calculate how many 5th Mondays there are in a working year (42 weeks). If you wish to override this and see specifically how many occurrences there are in the 42 weeks, please follow the below steps:
- Got to the Timetable section of your Job Plan and choose an Activity.
- In the Edit Activity window, scroll down and toggle the Advanced button on.
- Tick the Override Total Occurrences? box off and click Save as per the screenshot below.
