How do I annualise my Job Plan?
Annualising means defining something by how many times it occurs per year. Job Planning module automatically calculates how often a work item occurs over 42 weeks. This is the basis of an annualised Job Plan. In other words, SARD Job Plan is annualised by default.
Example: if you do Ward rounds for 4 hours every 5th Monday of the month, the Job Plan will calculate how many 5th Mondays there are in a working year (42 weeks). If you wish to override this and see specifically how many occurrences there are in the 42 weeks, please follow the below steps:
Got to the Timetable section of your Job Plan and choose an Activity.
In the Edit Activity window, scroll down and toggle the Advanced button on.
Tick the Override Total Occurrences? box off and click Save as per the screenshot below.
