How do I add an activity to my AHP Job Plan?
To add an activity, we start by going to the Timetable section. If you press + New Activity to the top right of the page, this will allow you to start entering the activity details.
Categorisation
From there you will have to pick what Category the activity would fall under: DCC (Direct Clinical Care), SPA (Supporting Professional Activity), AR (Additional Responsibility), or ED (External Duty).
Then you will be asked to add a Subcategory and Activity. Some organisations will require this information, and it will be set as a mandatory field. You will know if this is the case for your Job Plan, as there will be an asterisk next to the box to denote this. If this is not set as a mandatory field, you would not be required to make a selection here. However, it would still be a useful detail to include as part of your Job Plan on the site.
Scheduling
As part of your Timetable, you would need to identify the timings and frequency of the activities in your Job Plan. As this is quite a detailed process, please read this article.
