# How can I change email address on my SARD account?

The SARD Customer Support Team cannot change the registered email address on behalf of users. However, users can do it themselves after logging in to SARD and following the instructions below:

1. Go to **Dashboard > My Details > Edit My Details**.
2. Change your email address in 'Your Details' section.
3. Click **Save**.

You will be sent an email with a link to confirm the change of email address. Clicking on the said link will complete the task of changing your registered email address.

If you have problems with any of the above, please [contact the administrator at your organisation](https://sard.crisp.help/en/article/i-need-to-contact-the-administrators-at-my-organisation-1awmp75/) and they should be able to amend the email address for you.

| The registered email address can be private, i.e., it does not have to be an NHS one.
