Can my Personal Assistant modify my Appraisal?

If you have a Personal Assistant (PA) or a secretary who is on SARD, they can be added as a Delegate **on your profile by your organisation's administrator. A Delegate will be able to access your Appraisal and Portfolio by logging into their SARD account and going to the **Delegate Medics area on their Dashboard.

Delegates cannot modify the Personal Development Plan and the Appraisee Statement in the Appraisal.

Depending on what product(s) you use, a Delegate can also access your eDocs folder, MSF/360 and Job Plans as well as make eLeave requests on your behalf.
