Can my Personal Assistant modify my Appraisal?

If you have a Personal Assistant (PA) or a secretary who is on SARD, they can be added as a Delegate on your profile by your organisation's administrator. A Delegate will be able to access your Appraisal and Portfolio by logging into their SARD account and going to the Delegate Medics area on their Dashboard.

Delegates cannot modify the Personal Development Plan and the Appraisee Statement in the Appraisal.

Depending on what product(s) you use, a Delegate can also access your eDocs folder, MSF/360 and Job Plans as well as make eLeave requests on your behalf.
