# Can I switch off my email notifications?

Email notifications are set up by your organisation. Therefore, if you wish to opt out of certain email notifications, please [request it directly from your organisation's administrator](https://sard.crisp.help/en/article/i-need-to-contact-the-administrators-at-my-organisation-1awmp75/).

|| Please mind that the notifications would still show under Notifications on your Dashboard, even if these are turned off by admin as emails.
