Can I email scans of Patient Feedback forms to SARD?

At present, we cannot accept scans of GMC patient feedback questionnaires sent by email for processing.


If patient feedback was collected on paper, and if the instructions under Paper Patient Feedback in the Patient Feedback section of your MSF page indicate our Canterbury address, the questionnaires must be sent to us by post. We recommend using a special/signed for delivery service.

On average, it takes 7-9 working days for us to process patient feedback questionnaires counting from the date of delivery to our office. You will be automatically notified once your patient feedback questionnaires are received, and then upon processing them on the system.


Please ensure to include the cover letter with the batch of your patient feedback questionnaires, the template of which should be hyperlinked under Paper Patient Feedback in the Patient Feedback section of your open MSF page.
