# ADMINISTRATOR: Running Advanced Job Plan Reports

|| This article would only be applicable to users with an Administrator system role on their account, as this feature would not be accessible for non-administrator users.

As the System Administrator, you are capable of generating Advanced Job Plan Reports, which can provide valuable insight for your Trust or organisation.

In order to run such a report, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to **ADMIN** > **Job Planning** > **Advanced Job Plan Report**.
2. Set parameters accordingly in three sections: User Scope, Job Plan Scope and Activity Scope. You can clear choices in one go by clicking **Reset** in each section.
3. Click **Generate Report**.
4. Download the results either as CSV (to be converted to an Excel file, if required) or PDF.

To run a brand new Advanced Job Plan Report, please click the **Clear Report** button.
