ADMINISTRATOR: Running Advanced Job Plan Reports
This article would only be applicable to users with an Administrator system role on their account, as this feature would not be accessible for non-administrator users.
As the System Administrator, you are capable of generating Advanced Job Plan Reports, which can provide valuable insight for your Trust or organisation.
In order to run such a report, please follow the below steps:
- Go to ADMIN > Job Planning > Advanced Job Plan Report.
- Set parameters accordingly in three sections: User Scope, Job Plan Scope and Activity Scope. You can clear choices in one go by clicking Reset in each section.
- Click Generate Report.
- Download the results either as CSV (to be converted to an Excel file, if required) or PDF.
To run a brand new Advanced Job Plan Report, please click the Clear Report button.
