ADMINISTRATOR: Running Advanced Job Plan Reports
This article would only be applicable to users with an Administrator system role on their account, as this feature would not be accessible for non-administrator users.
As the System Administrator, you are capable of generating Advanced Job Plan Reports, which can provide valuable insight for your Trust or organisation.
In order to run such a report, please follow the below steps:
Go to ADMIN > Job Planning > Advanced Job Plan Report.
Set parameters accordingly in three sections: User Scope, Job Plan Scope and Activity Scope. You can clear choices in one go by clicking Reset in each section.
Click Generate Report.
Download the results either as CSV (to be converted to an Excel file, if required) or PDF.
To run a brand new Advanced Job Plan Report, please click the Clear Report button.
