ADMINISTRATOR: Reopening a Job Plan

This article would only be applicable to users with an Administrator system role on their account, and would not include advice for non-administrator users looking to have their Job Plan reopened

If a user needs their Completed Job Plan reverted to Draft or Submitted state so that a change can be made and reflected in their current Job Plan, this action is now available for Administrator users to take.

If you access the Job Plan in question, the button to Reopen Job Plan will appear at the very bottom of the list of sections on the left-hand side.

If this is clicked, you must provide a reason for this Job Plan being rejected/reopened. This can be as detailed as you wish, and will be communicated to those who would need to know (the Job Plan owner and their signatories, as well as for your own reference).

Once that reason has been entered, the Job Plan will be in Submitted state - if this needs to be reverted to Draft (primarily used when there are multiple changes to make, so you don't want all signatories notified every time a change is made), the button at the bottom-left of the list of sections will now have updated to say Revert to Draft.
