ADMINISTRATOR: Reopening a complete MSF/360

This article would only be applicable to users with a System Administrator role on their account, and would not include advice for non-administrator users looking to have their MSF/360 reopened (covered here).


If a user's complete MSF/360 needs to be reopened, please follow these steps:


  1. Go to ADMIN view.
  2. Go to the MSF in question either via the MSF/360 tab or by clicking on MSF/360 on user's profile.
  3. Click on the side Options bar on the right, then click on Reopen MSF/360.


You will notice that the status of the reopened MSF changed in the top-right corner from Complete to Analysed.


Unlike with reopening a complete Job Plan (outlined here) or a complete Appraisal (covered here), there is no need to state the reason for reopening a complete MSF/360.


Please mind that reopening a complete MSF will remove the original completion date which may affect the user's compliance.


The reopened MSF can be then re-analysed and completed again using respective buttons in the Report section at the bottom of the page.
