ADMINISTRATOR: Renaming an existing group of Support Documents
This article would only be applicable to users with an Administrator system role on their account, as this feature would not be accessible for non-administrator users.
For general information on adding Support Documents, please see this article.
If you would like to rename an existing group of Support Documents, please follow these steps:
- Got to ADMIN view > Miscellaneous > Support Documents.
- Click on the header of the Support Document group you would like to rename.
- Click Edit Group in the bottom-right corner.
- Rename the title of the Support Document group, then click Save.
