ADMINISTRATOR: Imports on SARD

This article would only be applicable to users with an Administrator system role on their account, as the feature is only available to those with the Administrator role.

For instances where you are required to upload information for multiple users, there may well be the opportunity to action this through a CSV import on SARD rather than go through these individually. These options will show if you go to ADMIN > User Data > CSV Imports > New User Import.

To action these, the information will need to be available in a CSV (Comma Separated Values) format for importing. This is important as importing directly from an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx file) would not work, so this will need to be saved as a CSV.

Many pages will already include a template CSV to fill in (which will include any mandatory or recommended columns to fill in), so that the correct information is pulled into the system. Detailed guidance is provided on each page. However, if you remain unsure, please feel free to contact our Customer Support Manager or Customer Service Director, and they can advise further with some Advanced Support.

The red text regarding 'preview mode' would be particularly helpful guidance. This will run a preview of the import, and will demonstrate how this will look once it is re-imported out of preview mode:
