ADMINISTRATOR: How to run Individual Appraiser Feedback Report?

This article would only be applicable to users with an Administrator system role on their account, as this feature would not be accessible for non-administrator users.

Administrators can run ad-hoc reports on an individual Appraiser's feedback as and when required. Unlike with a group Appraiser Feedback (covered here) which focuses on the overall view of the organisation, an individual Appraiser Feedback is about a particular appraiser's role. Such a report would normally be shared with the appraiser either as a review at the end of a cycle or as ongoing feedback. This is often required as part of their own Portfolio, as reflection on their role as an appraiser.

To generate individual Appraiser Feedback report, please follow the steps below:

Go to ADMIN view, then click on the Medical Revalidation tab.
In the Appraiser Feedback section, click on Individual Appraiser Feedback Reports.
Click on the + New Reports button.
Set Report Options parameters (i.e., Appraisal completion dates, Questionnaire completion dates), then tick the Check/Uncheck all box or boxes next to individual appraiser's name.
Click on the Generate button in the bottom-right corner.

Since this process is managed by Trust Administrators and not SARD, you must manually run the Individual Appraiser Feedback Report as explained above, then share it with the appraiser in line with the local policy.
