# ADMINISTRATOR: How to run Group Appraiser Feedback Report?

||| This article would only be applicable to users with an Administrator system role on their account, as this feature would not be accessible for non-administrator users.

Administrators can run ad-hoc reports on the feedback for a group of appraisers as and when required. Unlike with an individual Appraiser Feedback (covered [here](https://sard.crisp.help/en/article/administrator-how-to-run-individual-appraiser-feedback-report-ddlwvl/)) which focuses on a particular appraiser's role, a group Appraiser Feedback report is mainly used as an overall view of the organisation.

In order to generate a group Appraiser Feedback report, please do the following:

1. Go to **ADMIN > Medical Revalidation tab > Appraiser Feedback > Group Appraiser Feedback Reports**.
2. Click on **+ New Reports**.
3. Set Appraiser Feedback Report Options parameters (i.e., Appraisal completion dates, Questionnaire completion dates).
4. Tick the *Check/Uncheck all* checkboxes next to individual appraisers' names.
5. Click on **Save**.
6. Click on **Generate**.

|| Since this process is managed by Trust Administrators and not SARD, you must manually run the Group Appraiser Feedback Report as explained above, then share it with relevant parties in line with the local policy.
