ADMINISTRATOR: How to check appraisee's progress on their Appraisal?
This article is mainly intended for the information of users with an Administrator system role on their account, and would not be relevant for non-administrator users.
Apart from the Administrator being able to oversee all outstanding Appraisals (ADMIN > Medical Revalidation > Appraisals > choose as appropriate), the progress of individual appraisee's work can be checked in the first section of their current Appraisal.
Section 1 (Appraisal Info) of the Appraisal includes the following information:
creation date,
proposed meeting date,
submission date,
actual meeting date, and
completion date.
This section will not state when the appraisee started filling in the information, but will provide basic details around various states of the Appraisal.
The appraisee's overall progress on their current Appraisal/Portfolio is also illustrated by the progress bar within the Portfolio tab on the left, and by the progress bar within the Appraisal tab on the right as per the below screenshots:
