ADMINISTRATOR: Can a dormant user give colleague feedback?

This article would only be applicable to users with an Administrator system role on their account, as this feature would not be accessible for non-administrator users.


Currently dormant users are not able to submit colleague feedback on SARD. This only effects users that were added to MSFs as nominations when their account was active, but have been made dormant in the time between them being nominated and attempting to submit feedback.


If required, the proposed workaround is to replace the colleague feedback nominee with another email as follows:


  1. Open the MSF and delete the previously nominated colleague from given MSF by clicking on the trashcan icon on the right-hand side.
  2. Instruct the user to add the same colleague but with a different email address in the Nominate Colleague part of the Colleague Feedback section on their open MSF page.
  3. Ask the user to let you (the organisation's administrator) know about the change made by clicking on the Re-notify Administrator button in the Colleague Feedback section.
  4. Send out the email with the link to colleague feedback questionnaire as usual.
