ADMINISTRATOR: Can a dormant user give colleague feedback?

This article would only be applicable to users with an Administrator system role on their account, as this feature would not be accessible for non-administrator users.

Currently dormant users are not able to submit colleague feedback on SARD. This only effects users that were added to MSFs as nominations when their account was active, but have been made dormant in the time between them being nominated and attempting to submit feedback.

If required, the proposed workaround is to replace the colleague feedback (CF) nominee with another email as follows:

Request from SARD Customer Support (super admin) via chat or email to delete the previously nominated colleague from given MSF.
Instruct the user to add the same colleague but with a different email address in the Nominate Colleague section of their MSF page.
Ask the user to let you (organisation's admin) know about the change made by clicking on the Notify Administrator that your your Colleague Nominations are Complete (Again).
Send out the email with the link to CF questionnaire as usual.
